MAKE THE IMPOSSIBLE…

Make the impossible possible, the possible easy, and the easy comfortable.
For Moshe Feldenkrais, the founder of the method with the same name, nothing was impossible. He had the ability to see possibilities where others focused on problems and limitations.
In other words, he saw the person behind the illness and focused on the individual's resources and ability to change and heal.
It is both an art and a privilege to be a therapist and clarify and highlight an individual's resources.
In my many years of experience, I have noted that all real recovery is about strengthening ones self-image and thus gaining support in focusing on resources instead of problems.
Your healthy core must always be greater than the sum of your symptoms in order for you as an individual to create the platform needed to heal both physically and mentally. As long as you are "identified" with your symptoms or diagnosis, and this takes up the majority of your focus, your inherent self-healing ability is inhibited.
Increased awareness of your body and its signals strengthens both your self-image and self-esteem and helps you regain your health.
